I am a student and as all students was having an issue with finding an appropriate house, especially, for the time period, when you are short on money.
Kamernet provided quite descent options, BUT, as soon as you have paid for the subscription - be careful NOT to be caught by their little sly "business" intention: - on their site it's written in the form of JUSTIFYING themselves:

*Note: If you have terminated your account after the automatic renewal, the new subscription period has already started and you still have to pay the costs for the new period, even if you do not want to use it. The costs for the new subscription period are automatically debited from your account.
*It is clearly indicated on the payment page, in the purchase and extension emails, on the 'My Premium Account' page and in the General Terms and Conditions (article 14) that it is a continuous service.

Be careful with this or chose a diligent partner to work with.
