Highly not recommended agency. When it comes to tenants they check them like you will be donating a kidney, everything. When it comes to landlords, they do nothing. They rented me a place that had wrongly installed boiler, thankfully the installation didnt leak, but as the national gas company explained the landlady decided to change it herself without checking afterwards. The safety of tenants is not important. Moreover, the landlady was passive aggressive throughout the entire rental period, 123wonen stand by her side regardless. She gave away my private information without my consent not to a plumber or technician that needs it, but to a complete stranger (for 123wonen it was not an issue, although it is a breach of the contract with them). Now the same landlady doesnt want to give back the deposit, 123wonen brushed off this issue and told to me to use a lawyer to deal with it. While they re-listed the same property to let, they dont want to help tenants that have on-going issues with the same landlady. They allow landlords to be abusive and steal money from tenants, but try not responding to their emails when they need something. They will stalk you until they get the reply. Once again, highly not recommended agency. I regret changing my previous flat and my agency, Van der Meulen Makelaars, because there are good estate agencies in Groningen, to which I cannot add 123wonen. Be aware people! Whatever 123wonen may respond, believe it or not, but I have lived through it people. They only care that you pay the rent. Of course, they may arrange for something to be fixed if your landlord agrees. However, dont expect anything else that they would do for you. If there are real problems you have to deal with them yourself.
